What will you do?

Our clients face complex challenges, and implementing test automation tools is one of the possible solutions. They initially need advice, as well as assistance with package selection, implementation, and training for their own employees. You will guide the client through this entire process. This may involve working in a multidisciplinary team in a project format and occasionally playing a supporting role that extends across the organization.

Who are you?

You are technically strong, possess excellent communication skills, and feel comfortable being the knowledge holder in your field. You can advise, persuade, and train people, but you are also capable of implementing a test automation tool and setting up a test framework yourself. In short, you are versatile.

Bachelor/Master's degree – or equivalent through experience

Minimum of 3 years of testing experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience with various test automation tools (such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Cucumber)

ISTQB certified

Excellent communication skills

Plus points: SOAP/REST, SQL Databases, CI/CD, experience with working in Scrum teams
