What will you do?

Our clients work in Scrum teams or intend to do so. You can assist them by shaping and guiding a Scrum team in their day-to-day operations. You facilitate team members to execute their tasks efficiently and provide necessary training in the Scrum methodology when required. Additionally, you inspire all stakeholders of the team to participate in the Scrum process.

Who are you?

You are communicative, enjoy coaching and motivating people, and advising organizations. You believe in the Scrum methodology and, based on that conviction, can guide individuals and organizations. You work with a clear purpose and place significant value on adhering to Agile principles. Within large organizations, you can represent the Scrum team.

Bachelor/Master's degree – or equivalent through experience

Minimum PSM 1 certified

Proficient in SAFe and ITIL

Strong communication skills
